If my car has water damage from an accident that I had two years ago can I still blame the auto body shop?

I had a rear end accident in late 2005. I was rear ended and my car was in the shop for three month being repaired. The repair cost was over $13000 and was all covered by the insurance of the lady that hit me. Now I have having problems with the brakes and the Hybrid system, the dealer said that there was water damage from the accident and that the rear widow has been leaking since the accident. Who is liable? The auto body shop???
The Dealer gave me a detailed work order saying it is from the accident and they had no prior knowledge that there was an accident, but they could tell by pulling the car apart and looking.

body shop did repairs should be liable if you can prove it was from repairs of accident, might want to get insurance involved as well and have them supplement the claim. its so long ago that they will fight the issue though
