How much damage before 21st century declares a car salvage?

Ok, I asked a question similar to this, but didn’t get a clear answer, most likely due to the way I worded it last time. Anyways, here’s the deal. I got into a little fender bender with a guard rail and have some pretty good damage. The thing is, I have done alot to my car, and have put some good money and time into it. I am afraid that if I file a claim to just pay the deductible to get it fixed, that the damage might be too expensive and they will just salvage the car. It holds a clean title, and for my particular model/year of car, clean title is hard to find. Salvaged titles drastically reduce the value and that’s not what I want. So does anyone have any idea how much damage is considered too much damage for repair? I have the lowest collision insurance that 21st offers. Thank you in advance to anyone/everyone that can help. Much appreciated.
Basically the car has sentimental value of a sort. This is the first car that I actually built (meaning from stock to what it is now). I dont want to part with it, nor do I want a different car. I like the car I have and want to keep it, but of course with a clean title. The damaged parts are oem parts, not aftermarket parts. Oh, and sorry for beginning my question with “OK”, lol, it’s a habit. Thanks for the info though, hopefully they don’t try to total it out. All the damage in on the driver’s side fender and about 2 inches on the door. Scraped the paint off so you can see the metal under, and the fender is pretty bad. Also I have a professional paint job, so will they just replace the door/fender and then paint it the color it was?
